Shipments within South Africa are handled by Store 2 Door Courier. You will be informed about the expected or guaranteed delivery date during checkout. Please note that during sales periods delivery can take longer than usual and that shipments are only processed on local days.
Additionally, we will send you an email the moment your parcel is handed over to the courier. You will be supplied with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.
Unfortunately we do not ship cross borders at this stage but will in the near future.
Please note that during peak sales periods delivery can take longer than expected. Delivery times count from the day your package is handed to the courier from the Vuil Store. Expected delivery date is mentioned on the checkout page, in the order confirmation e-mail and in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Allow for 2 business days arrival of merchandise from date the parcel is dispatched form the Vuil Store.
Delivery costs is R99,00 for parcels measuring 35cm x 45cm. The merchandise will be placed in a parcel sleeve measuring 35cm x 45cm. Should you order not fit in one sleeve there will be an additional charge of R99,00
There is NO INSURANCE for store-to-door courier service due to the legal limitations.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or write a note (if possible) that you are accepting a damaged box when signing for it. Please take a picture of the damaged parcel and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
